Norwood Pool Work Party!

We will have one final "Work Party" this Sunday, May 3rd from 10am until noon to prepare the pool for Opening Day! The heavy work is done!!! Now we need help potting flowers, cleaning BBQ's, cleaning tables and chairs etc. Come show your community spirit and join us on Sunday!

Norwood Pool Spring Cleaning 9am-3pm

All hands on deck!!!  Please come out tomorrow to help prepare our community pool for the summer fun!    Basic clean-up help needed.  Whatever your schedule, if you can drop in for 1 hour or 4 hours, all help is appreciated and needed.  Starting tomorrow morning, Saturday 4/25 at 9 am until the work is done.  If you have questions, call me.

• April 25th, 9am - 3ish. Pool Clean-Up!!! Please come volunteer a couple hours and help us get the pool ready for Opening Day! Weeding, sweeping, and basic general clean-up help is needed.
• May 4th, 5 - 8pm. Sign-up Night!! Membership, Swim Team and Swim Lessons! One stop at Woodridge Elementary School!! 2009 Membership Registration, Swim Team Registration and Swim Lessons Sign-up. Be sure to secure your family membership for the upcoming 2009 season, sign the kids up for Swim Team, sign up for Swim lessons, or just come by to get information about all programs available at Norwood Swim Club. All forms will be available at sign-up, or find them on the website. Links are included below for your convenience. All forms are required for Swim Team and Club Registration, please try to fill out before hand and bring with you on May 4th. • May 9th, 12 - 6pm. Opening Day Ice Cream Social! Bring the family for ice cream and a dip in the pool! Let's all hope for a beautiful sunny day to celebrate the beginning of a fun filled summer at the pool. Be sure to bring your friends and neighbors who may be considering a new membership.
• July 18th, Adult Social. A must attend event!!! This night is for the Adults!! A night when we all get to be kids without the kids! Don't miss this fun adult only night at the pool. More information to come.

Norwood Pool Updated Hours

UPDATED POOL HOURS:

The only local summer pool still open and serving it's members announces extended hours due to the teachers strike.

 

If the strike continues the pool will open at 2pm on Thursday and Friday instead of 4pm.

 

Wed:  4-7pm

Thursday: 2-7pm

Friday: 2-8 pm

Saturday:  Noon-8pm

Sunday (final day / cleanup day) Noon - 6pm.

 

Special thanks to our lifeguards for taking on the extra hours.

 

Come up and enjoy the last few days of summer!  All of the other seasonal clubs are already closed!

 

 

 

Norwood Swim Club hours

Hi All-

The pool will be open until Sept 7th.  We will have limited "weather permitting" hours next week.  We will be open Monday from 12-8, Tues-Thurs from 4-7, Friday 4-8, Saturday Noon-8pm and Sunday Sept 7th from 12-6 for the traditional pool closing and clean up party.  Hope to see you at the pool!
